A hybrid spin-charge quantum dot qubit in silicon

This talk will present a new "hybrid" quantum dot qubit that has the attractive combination of a relatively simple architecture, long coherence times, and fast operations. We have recently succeeded in implementing this qubit experimentally, and full process tomography of a hybrid quantum dot qubit will be presented.
