Participants will attend daily lectures about theory and modeling of cellular regulatory systems and networks. They will work in small teams on open-ended projects under the guidance of the summer school faculty. The summer school is designed for graduate students, postdocs, or anyone with a quantitative background who is new to modeling cellular regulatory systems and networks.
The main themes of the summer school are:
- Spatiotemporal modeling of cellular regulatory systems
- Stochastic biochemistry
- Multiscale modeling of protein structures

The q-bio Summer School tuition fee is $750. This fee includes lodging in or near Los Alamos. Participation in the q-bio Conference is encouraged but not required.
Summer School tuition does not include the fees required to attend the q-bio Conference.
Scholarships are available. All applicants will be considered for scholarship support.
Please do not send any payment until you are notified that you have been accepted into the school.
During the summer school, continental breakfast will be provided daily at your hotel. Lunch will also be provided during the weekdays. All other meal expenses are your responsibility.
All travel expenses are your responsibility.
All students will be expected to bring their own laptops.
