On-site housing will be in the college dorms. Prices are a total per person, per sleeping room (with the exception of the Family Apartment) for the duration of the conference. They are not priced per building or dwelling.
For example, a Double contains two seperate sleeping rooms and will have two separate paid attendees in it (1 per room). If you have a roomate in mind, then please indicate that on the Lodging form. Otherwise, a roomate of the same sex will be assigned.
The price listed is for the full 4 nights, and the rooms are not available for a nightly rate. The price includes all taxes and fees (as a reference, local lodging taxes are 15% and the campus fee is $15).
Rooms will be assigned in order of registration. Those registering earlier for double/triple rooms will be assigned to the exterior (private) accomodations. Those registering later will be assigned the interior (semi-private) accomodations.

Due to the popularity of Santa Fe in the summer, vacant hotel rooms can be difficult to find in August. The closest hotels are 2 miles away.
Orbitz will list hotels by distance from St. Johns.
Another interesting local option about 3 miles away is The Chapelle Street Casitas which has small studios for 1-2 people or small houses for up to 4 people. They are less expensive than the hotels.
