Registration

Registration is required for this event. Registration fees should be prepaid Visa / Mastercard, LANL cost codes, or check. Payments made at the door must be prearranged and will include a $100 late payment fee. Checks for registration fees must be made out to Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Registration Fees:

Non-LANL Attendees - (Includes 5 days attendance, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and the dinner banquet)
Prior to April 28th - $650
After April 29th - $750

LANL Attendees - $100 per day (Includes daily attendanace and coffee breaks, but not meals)

Additional Payment Information:

Additional Banquet tickets for companions or LANL attendees are available for $40 each.

Due to regulations, there will be a cash bar at the banquet and poster session. Alcohol is not included in the registration cost.

The preferred method of paying registration fees is to pay at the door upon your arrival. Checks for registration fees must be made out to Los Alamos National Laboratory.
