Steps for Registration:

1) Submit an abstract (if appropriate) using the abstract button below.
2) Register Online using the registration button below.
3) Send payment by fax, scan/email, or post-mail.

Registration Fees:

Early Registration - Prior to February 15, 2009

Attendee - $525
Student/Postdoc - $275

Registration between February 16th and March 14th, 2009

Attendee - $650
Student/Postdoc - $325

Late Registration - After March 14, 2009

Attendee - $800
Student/Postdoc - $500

Registration includes attendance to all sessions, refreshments, lunch, and the poster reception. Due to government regulations, the reception does not include alcohol which will be available at a cash bar.

Payment Details:

Payment can't be made online, but must be faxed, scan/emailed, or post-mailed. The preferred method of payment is either credit card or check. The credit card form may be faxed, scan/emailed, or post-mailed. Payments must be received or post-marked by the registration due date. Checks for registration fees must be made out to Los Alamos National Laboratory Tax ID # 20-3104541. Contact the conference organizer for late registration.

The first page of this completed form should be faxed to 505-665-2659 or scan/emailed to conferences@cnls.lanl.gov for payment with a credit card. Credit cards will not be charged immediately, but will be held to guarantee your registration. The card will be charged prior to the conference. Retain a copy of the form as a receipt of your payment.

Abstract Details:

In your file submitted for your abstract submission, please include your name, affiliation, whether you are submitting for an oral or poster presentation talk title, abstract. You will be notified about your acceptance by March 12th. Abstracts will be printed and provided in the conference proceedings book, so if your abstract needs to be updated, a final version must be resubmitted by March 23.

 

Submit Abstract
Submit abstract for talks and posters and specify presentation preference in comment field.
If requesting travel grant, include current CV.
Due by Friday, March 6, 2009. Responses by March 12th.

 

Poster Contributions:

Poster display boards will be:

Width 48 inches
Height 72 inches

So please make sure your poster is smaller than the board.
