LOCATION
The meeting will be held at the Los Alamos Inn Hotel, 2201 Trinity Drive, Los Alamos, NM 87544, Tel. 505-662-7211, Fax: 505-661-7714.
NON-U.S. CITIZENS
Visits for non-U.S. citizens (including permanent residents) to Los Alamos National Laboratory will be processed for approval prior to the workshop. All non-U.S. citizens who visit the Laboratory will be issued an identification badge which should be worn at all times while on Laboratory property. You will need a passport (mandatory) and other picture identification (e.g. driver's license) to get a badge issued.
REGISTRATION
Please register on Web or send registration by email or FAX: (505) 665-2659. The registration fee of $150.00 (waived for invited speakers, students and postdocs) covers the cost of refreshment breaks and a workshop banquet and will be accepted by mail with the registration form or at the workshop. It may be paid in cash or by check in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. There is no mechanism at the Laboratory for payment by credit card or purchase order. Additional banquet tickets may be purchased for $40.
DURATION OF TALKS
Invited talks are 42 minutes + 7 minutes for questions. Contributed talks are 20 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
Both standard overhead projector and LCD projector (for power point presentations) will be provided. Please notify ahead your session chair if you are planning computer presentation for your lecture.

LIBRARY
The library is located in the basement (journals) and the first floor (books, current periodicals, and reference books) of the Oppenheimer Study Center . It is open to the public from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
WEATHER
Los Alamos is famous for its mild temperatures. However, be prepared for just about anything! Los Alamos is located at an altitude of over 7000 feet.
