The workshop will be held at Best Western Hilltop House Hotel of Los Alamos, NM, USA.

For invited speakers a block of rooms have been ear-marked at the government rate. Best Western could only ear-mark 18 rooms, and they will be served on a first come basis. Invited speakers should make their registrations early if they plan to stay there. Another block of 7 rooms has been ear-marked at Quality Inn & Suites, Los Alamos to accommodate all invited speakers. ALL invited speakers need to make their own reservations with the hotels for the exact dates of stay. Please note the info on the Support page about what is reimbursable.

For other participants there are several choices for lodging in Los Alamos or in the surrounding area. However, summer is a peak time of visitors and students in Los Alamos, and the hotels are filling up fast, please make reservations early.
