Registration

Registration is required for this event. Registration fees should be paid at the door by check, Visa or Mastercard, LANL cost codes, or cash.
Checks for registration fees must be made out to Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Registration Fee: - $150 (Includes all 4 days, the poster session and the dinner banquet)

Additional Payment Information:

• Additional Banquet tickets for companions or LANL attendees are available for $40 each.
• Attendees who stay at the hotel will be provided breakfast each day of the conference at no additional cost.
• The preferred method of paying registration fees is to pay at the door upon your arrival.
• Checks for registration fees must be made out to Los Alamos National Laboratory.
• There will be a cash bar at the banquet and poster session. Alcohol is not included in the registration cost.
• The conference is open to the public, with registration.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have plans to visit LANL (i.e. visit experimental labs and/or meet our researchers), you need an approval from the LANL security office. Depending on the country of residence or birth, such approval can take significant time to process. If you are planning on visiting LANL please contact Sergei Tretiak (serg@lanl.gov) at your earliest opportunity so that we can initiate this paperwork. You may not visit LANL without going through this approval process.
