For speakers and participants a block of rooms have been held at the government rate of $68 per night. Best Western could only hold 24 rooms, and they will be served on a first come basis. Invited speakers should make their reservations soon. The hold on this block of rooms will expire on August 1, 2006. After that, there is no guarantee you will receive the government rate. ALL invited speakers need to make their own reservations with the hotels for the exact dates of stay. Please mention the CNLS Annual Conference when making your reservations.

There are several other choices for lodging in Los Alamos or in the surrounding area. However, summer is a peak time of visitors and students in Los Alamos, and the hotels are filling up fast, please make reservations early.
