The registration fee is waived for invited speakers, students and postdocs. We will cover the cost of refreshment breaks and a workshop banquet. Additional banquet tickets may be purchased for $40. It may be paid in cash or by check in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. There is no mechanism at the Laboratory for payment by credit card or purchase order.
DURATION OF TALKS
Invited talks are 40 minutes + 5 minutes for questions. Contributed talks are 20 minutes + 5 minutes for questions.
Both standard overhead projector and LCD projector (for power point presentations) will be provided. Please notify your session chair in advance if you are planning computer presentation for your lecture.
