Brosl Hasslacher's scientific contributions and interests encompassed an exceptionally broad range of topics, ranging across disciplinary boundaries from quantum field theory and gravity to lattice gases, computing, nano-technology, and robotics. Accordingly, this symposium honoring Brosl's scientific legacy will bring together a diverse set of Brosl's most distinguished colleagues, drawn from all these areas, sharing a deep appreciation for the role of individual creativity in scientific research. The symposium will provide a unique venue for stimulating seminars on the future of fundamental physics, innovative technology, and advanced computation.
