We can spread the knowledge by first understanding the key points and then explaining them to friends, brothers, sisters, parents, relatives, and associates. We should encourage discussion between high school and college students and the formation of peer groups to constantly provide a reminder of the lurking danger of infection through risky sex and through blood contact. There are many things we need to do when spreading the knowledge on HIV/AIDS. We must remove the stigma attached with sex. We should not condemn and marginalize groups like sex workers, truckers, homosexuals, as this only forces them to have sex secretly and under very risky conditions. We should provide support and help to those already infected and not isolate or condemn or hurt them.
The spread of HIV/AIDS can be stopped if people reduce the risk of transmission by always using a condom when having sex with anyone other than their marriage partner.
By removing corruption that leads to the use of unsterilized needles and the sale of contaminated blood for transfusions.
By making available free and anonymous HIV testing so that people can determine their HIV status early and stop having sex without a condom and by not donating blood thereafter.
By always using a condom when having sex with anyone other than our marriage partner, and with everyone before marriage.
