The Center for Nonlinear Studies at Los Alamos National Laboratory
is pleased to host the Workshop "Progress in Statistical Hydrodynamics"
to be held March 25-29, 2002. The meeting is organized by Michael Chertkov

is the workshop coordinator.
LOCATION
The meeting location for the workshop has changed. The meeting will
be held in Santa Fe at the Radisson Hotel. A block of rooms has been reserved
for workshop participants at a rate of $89.00 + tax per night. The
number of rooms is limited so please make your reservations as soon as
possible. Ask to be placed in one of the reserved ``CNLS Workshop" rooms.
The reserved dates for these rooms is March 24 - 30. Deadline for
reservations is February 24, 2002. Reservations made after this date will
be subject to availability.
REGISTRATION

or FAX: (505) 665-2659. The registration fee of $150.00 covers the cost
of refreshment breaks and a workshop banquet and will be accepted by
mail with the registration form or at the workshop. (Registartion fee is
waved for all the invited participants.)
It may be paid in cash or by cheque in U.S. dollars and drawn on a
U.S. bank. There is no mechanism at the Laboratory for payment by credit
card or purchase order. Additional banquet tickets were purchased
in advance for $40.
DURATION OF TALKS
Invited talks were of three formats: pedagogical review - 40 minutes + 5 minutes for questions, long talks - 30 minutes + 5 minutes for questions, and short talks - 15 minutes +5 minutes. No contributed talks were planned.
